Target: upper and lower abdominals This move requires a strong core to maintain perfect form and is great for developing a large part of your abs.





Start position
Start with your arms behind your head, held off the floor, and your 
feet together, also off the floor







Movement
Contract your abs to bring your arms and legs up to meet above your
 stomach, keeping your legs as straight as you can Squeeze your abs hard at 
the top of the move and lower to the start as slowly as
you can
