Get on the floor in the lowest part of a pushup position. Inspire yourself up, then let back up to rest your paunch on the floor. Presently raise your arms and legs up off the floor so you resemble a skydiver in free fall. Place your hands and feet back up and inspire yourself move down. That is one rep.
