Part A Easy paced cardio work
After your workout do 5 minutes, at an easy intensity, of any cardio exercise, such as cycling or running. If you've just finished a cardio workout, however, always use the same piece of cardio equipment you've been using for your workout, so that you're targeting the same muscles you've just worked.
Part B Stretching
After you have finished your gentle cardio work, walk around for a couple of minutes and shake out your arms and legs. Then perform each of the stretches on the page opposite 3 times and hold each one for 10 seconds. Keep warm while you stretch.
Stretching Exercises
Use held stretches, rather than the dynamic movements you used in your warm up. Relax and don't try to force the stretch or bounce to gain an extra stretch.
